Well it must be something simple....for example some npc factions :Argent Dawn,The Fartriders.....Scarlet Crusade.....
WE should avoid those name: Guardiasns Of Stormiwind....Protectors of blablabla it must represent sometihng....and it must be a substantive or something like that...The Blade...or something.

Sounds nice, there.
But my idea (let's wait and see how this one turns out) is making the name after what we are.
If we're bloodsworn avengers, the name should be serious and a little "evil" to it, if we are explorers, it could be a little weird or something, or if we were mercernaries it could something totally different.
But this post were just as much to see your standing towards how the guild shoul be like ^^,

Golden Dusk, sounds great I'd like some traveling RP, its rare. And not good, most of it anyway, so I'm suggesting we become explorers. <Explorer> <-- as simple as that, just to make the statement, when people see us, they think of NPC's. Let me give you an example: I walk towards an NPC in Outlands, and his name is "Valerious", under his name, its says: "<The Wreched> (or something like that, this is just a scenario). This gives me the idea of who and what he is. So, again, <Explorer> works for me.

yeah but <The Wreched> was his nick...or it's surname...what we need is a guild name a substantive not an adjective

No offense but that is crap. The guild name should be made after who we are. Explorers? The Blade? No. What are we? Low level, as in young, eager adventurers trying to make the world a better place/the alliance to prosper/Our own personalities to clash...? Do Bordrim hate elves yet fall in love with one? Does the "leader" feel for the quel'dorei way of life? Guys... If we're going to RP our way we MUST play some together before we succumb to a name. And no, it doesn't have to be a "substantive" so rightly anglofied by a Swede. Please, I may sound harsh but the guild name must represent us; not the other way around. We will make this guild. No lamer and hid "awesome RP guild name" will make us.

This was my point too: explorers is a name that represent what are we....but we need a name to represent who we are(i mean we have to name a guild not to name ourselves) ....and the Blade sounds good for a guild...but i've saw that you posted everywere with offencive replys...i think i know your kind....that full of him guy who thinks he knows all the things in the world and he will never agree with no one even if he is right.i've encounter a lot of ppl like you dude ....and remember this all of us have an opinnion.

Hmm ... I like Bordrim's post.
- I aggree that alotta guilds are taking those <Protectors of the Golden Sun> guild names, which I think is pretty much annoying, since EVERY guild has become a knightly order more or less.
But let's see how it turns out on the meeting on saturday. (Note, it's not ingame, it's on this forum)

I'm not being offensive I'm just trying to point out the fact that all the knightly orders and awesome murderclubs are that way ------> PS. Yes, I am sarcastic, not offensive. And again, The Blade is a proper cool guild tag but it doesn't mean anything nor does it represent a ragtag group of mixed classes/races.

Lets just RP first, see how things work out. We can think of a name on the way.

we have to think about the name, and it must have a bound with Yawnie..because he is the one who will summon us.. I think it will be better to find a name first and the run Dm...cause dm can be our first adventure together.
